Like many people, I have had some truly terrible visits to this place. It got better for a minute there, but now in order to get a sliding fee, you have to first be refused by your county's medicaid office, which I have been told by the red tape I'm already suffocating in , takes 45 to 90 days, but actually only took a few days since I didn't qualify fof it. I have 3 weeks of vital meds left so, guess Ill be asking a pharmacist how to take myself off of it, since these people never answer their phone, and if you ask whatever it is that does answer to speak to a nurse, you get the front desk, who is glad to tell you again, how much it will cost for 15 minutes of their time. FYI Benhaven is the same medical group. Not sure if they have the same game but odds are pretty good they do.
